If you add items to your pallet and no items show up, then you might need to
enable your cookies. Electrical Contact Kits cannot assign you a pallet number
unless you have cookies enabled.

The best thing to do is take a picture of the contact kit and email it to us at

How quickly are items shipped?
Orders for items placed before 3:00PM EST are shipped the same day they are
ordered.

We have surplus kits available. And for larger and obsolete contacts we also
have resurfacing services available. Please

What does the term Factory New mean?
Factory New products are genuine products purchased directly from an authorized
supplier.
What does the term Surplus mean?
Surplus products are genuine, original equipment products that we have acquired
that were never installed or used.
